Refund policy
We try our best to make sure all items make it to you safely. However, if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty on arrival then we will issue a replacement product free of charge or offer a refund. Please just let us know by emailing hello@formexc.com before you return your order.
Payment
When placing an order with us on our website, we treat it as an offer to buy and will send an email confirmation of the order. If the order is accepted, the product will be dispatched, at which point we enter into a legal contract with you. Payment is processed at the time the goods are dispatched. We have the right to choose not to accept any order; in this case we will contact you to advise you of this fact.
We can process payments from MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards, and PayPal.
All prices on our website are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at 20%. Prices quoted over the phone may differ from those shown on our website. Read our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Formexc Ltd applies the highest business security standards, adopting https pages (secure and encrypted pages) where necessary. We recognise the importance of security regarding credit card information you send us over the Internet, and we take all the necessary precautions to protect our customers' personal information and to store it securely. We check your payment card when we receive your order. Payment is deducted when the order is dispatched. You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point of the final page of our ordering process. Sensitive information that is transmitted to us online is encrypted and transmitted to us securely. In addition, access to all of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Standard Product Returns
This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Please email us at hello@formexc.com prior to returning your item to let us know to expect your return. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns for Subscription Customers
With all subscription orders, due to the nature of the automatic shipping every 30 days, we require a minimum of 3 business days notice prior to your order being shipped if you wish to cancel or amend your subscription. Once a subscription is triggered (and you receive an email confirming it is being shipped) it is sent for immediate dispatch. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
